Whenever i swim i keep my head up. Maybe the reson u guys cant swim is because professional swiming iskt for everyone and everyone has a different trchinque in swimming.
Amazing recommendations. I would add have somebody stand on the side of the pool to check that you actually do those simple yet so effective recommendations. This is where I am at now. I pray that I am not doing any of those things that I think that I am doing so I can improve my legs propulsion which is almost inexistant. I am so slow at swimming a 25 meters that I have to bring a lunch with me on the kickboard so I do not starve before reaching the other end of the pool.😂

I was a competitive swimmer, but if you gave me a kickboard, I went backwards. Foot flexibility helps! 😂 Still made All-American my senior year.

Not a mistake.... It's called 2 beat kick, mostly used in endurance swimming.
The coach from effortless swim would disagree with this video and say that causes drag

The first clip and something I’ve noticed lucy Charles Barclay do is the thumb out to the side.. never seen or heard it talked about… is this on purpose ? On the glide I though it would add resistance and when I tried it felt like it, on the catch and pull I thought it might increase paddle size ? Lucy especially I’ve noticed it with and being such a good swimmer I know most things with her stroke will be on purpose so just has me wondering Cheers Dan
